Happy Chinese New Year! |

Hello everyone, It’s been almost two months since I moved back to Hong Kong. It hasn’t been an easy ride for me as a highly sensitive person. There are so many things unravelling, surfacing, and transforming simultaneously (internally and externally). The energy in Asia, especially in Hong Kong, is SO different compared to the US. Moreover, I had downsized from living in a 1100 sq ft home to a 350 sq ft flat with my family. I hit my thighs, knees, and elbows many times when changing clothes in my tiny bedroom. I had to be aware of the width of my steps and the movements of my arms so I didn’t knock over things or hit things again LOL. What a thing to be aware of! No wonder foreigners always think Chinese ladies are so demure, posed, and quiet (so we don’t knock over things in a tight space). Just joking! As some may know, I’ve been studying astrology in Vedic and Western ways for a while. The US has been facing its tough transitions until 2028, probably to 2030. I always knew I had to get out of the US before it got really bad. Plus, I don’t have any family in the US, so it makes more sense to be moving back home. I have so much empathy and compassion for the immigrants in the US. Being an immigrant in the US is very challenging. From dealing with the language barrier, cultural expectations, bullying, discrimination, and even racism…etc. I have experienced it all. I try not to see myself as a victim because I don’t want to make myself small and start blaming others. However, I am seeing some of the worst situations happening nowadays. It really triggered some of my trauma, rage, and anger inside of me. I’ve been meditating and praying for everyone who has been affected by it. After all, all beings just want peace and love. I hope someday the government will really take care of the citizens from their heart space, and the leaders will hold love and compassion as their own morals instead of running by ego, greed, and profit. We can only hope! In this era of constant news and social media bombardment, how do you find peace in your daily life? How do you regulate your nervous system at the end of the day? In my opinion and personal experience, diets, exercises, and taking high-quality supplements are so important. I have been working with a German company (Marco Pharma) for a while. All herbal products are organically grown in Germany, and they’re affordable and effective. I highly recommend these two products to take for regulating your nervous system so you can enjoy the calmness in mind and sleep better at night. I offer free consultation online or over the phone so I can customize the best herbal supplements for your daily needs to optimize your vitality and strength. All herbal products are shipped to your doorway within a week from Oregon, US. I also take clients from Hong Kong and China. Please email or DM to request. My favorite TWO supplements for women's health At the end, I want to send you blessings for the Lunar New Year—the year of the Horse falls on Feb 17th. The Fire Horse year brings major changes that break old patterns and inspire new growth. May the Horse year bring you inner peace. May the Horse year bring you self-awareness and self-reflection. May the Horse year bring you prosperity and opportunities. May the Horse year bring you harmony and fulfillment. May the Horse year bring you romance that lasts and the deep connection that nurtures you. May the Horse year bring you transformation and awakening. May the Horse year bring you so much laughter and joy. May the Horse year bring you new discovery and adventures. May the Horse year be the best for you! |
